Nice dining without being over the top. Very comfortable and quiet dining experience. I am glad that I ordered this rather than their more expensive plates and I will avoid this restaurant in future visits. Date night was fabulos. Food was very mediocre and fish was the worst tasting fish I have ever eaten. Fettuccine pasta, sea bass, lobster meat, shrimp, cherry tomato, cipollini onion Vermouth saffron cream sauce, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Excellent service, food was great. The food and service were excellent, as always. Every thing was perfect, was even surprised with a 12 layer cake, our waiter was beyond phenomenal. They then made another attempt to cook a medium steak, but this time it came out rare. Of course, it arrived medium-rare on the well done side with a warm grey center. Pan-seared sea bass with ravioli Florentine and corn tomato ragout sauce. Desserts are outstanding and large servings. The food is always great. It was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Day one was disappointing. Keith is an outstanding server and ensures our order is done to perfection. French onion soup, baked potato and bone-in ribeye Always a wonderful meal. My wife and I expected more from this steakhouse. Our waiter Matt was friendly but not attentive to our table. Totally fishy and disgusting. Pan-seared sea scallops with corn cake and raspberry wasabi mustard, cherry pomegranate habanero sauce. Prime rib was excellent. She was brisk and attentive and our drinks and bread arrived within minutes of us being seated. Examples include 10 plus minutes to bring our drinks and the bread arrived literally 30 seconds prior to our meal which took about 35 minutes to arrive. Pan-seared salmon with jasmine rice pilaf, tomato tapenade, lobster meat and leek cream sauce. Love to eat in this restaurant and we plan to return next time we are in Tunica. Baby greens, beets, heirloom cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, spiced pecans, warm bacon vinaigrette. Highly recommend for fine dining!! Always great service and food. Grilled pork chop with blue cheese Yukon mashed potato and roasted pineapple habanero sauce. Braised beef short rib with garlic Yukon Gold mashed potato and natural pan gravy. Ordered the French Onion soup starter and found it to be extremely rich and overpowering. The meal itself was mediocre and not what would be expected from a respected Steak house. Waiter was very professional and knowledgeable! I visited two days in a row. I would not recommend their premiere dishes. The food was wonderful and the service was great. All in all, it's a nice place to eat, but a bit over priced for the food and service you receive. Highly recommended!! Food was excellent and our server was friendly and very accommodating. By then I was done with my mediocre meal, when her well done steak came back out. Not what you would expect for a steak house. This is our second time eating at Jack Binion's different locations. The main course was their featured 6oz filet of aged beef which was ordered on the rare side of medium rare. Reservation on time. The accompanying Bread and mini-muffin was palatable but nothing special and would have been better served with a decent grade butter than the whipped nonsense that came with it. Petite filet Dianne with asparagus, beef short rib with garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and natural pan gravy, lamb chop with potatoes hash and rosemary-mint demi-glaze. The servers practiced safety while serving. Would recommend it every time. Needed a road trip and a steak dinner after being home 4 months. Service was great. Restaurant was clean and not very crowded. Put the steak back on the grill again, with this attempt being well done again. We eat here any time we are in Horseshoe Tunica. I might revisit again. Steaks are delicious and all good is fresh and nice presentation. I tried the seafood pasta and it was better then I have had in Florida before. Fried quail with sweet potato blinis and Cajun sausage cream sauce.
